Located on the campus of Concordia University amidst 400 acres of hill country preserve, the incubator was made possible thanks to the generous gift of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Thomas, a partnership with Tech Ranch and the guidance of Concordia’s leadership team.

Kristin Spindler, Director
Kristin blends a background in international banking and entrepreneurship with financial expertise and project management skills for growing businesses. She built her own real estate development company from a startup into a $10 million business. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Kristin was a Vice President and Credit Officer at Citigroup, New York. She holds a BA in History from Duke University and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin.
